Victoria Arduino E1 Prima and E1 Prima EXP are designed for a variety of both personal and professional use. Well suited for individuals and families with a passion for coffee and the development of their own brewing and sensory skills. The E1 Prima will also do well for coffee professionals who wish to showcase their coffee in a smaller or private setting.
Additionally, the EXP features Pure Brew technology, providing control over pressure throughout all segments of the brewing process. The EXP enables operators to also brew single servings of coffee.
The NEO engine introduces an innovative approach to heating, leveraging an instantaneous heating system coupled with a distinctive insulation mechanism. This combination not only minimizes heat dispersion but also slashes energy consumption. Unlike traditional heating methods, the NEO engine heats water almost instantaneously, precisely warming only the required amount for extraction. This efficiency not only reduces energy-related expenses but also promotes sustainability by minimizing resource wastage.
Productivity and performance remain high, but consumption is considerably reduced. The LCA* (Life Cycle Assessment) demonstrated how the Eagle One had a 23% less environmental impact concerning the same category machine.
TERS (Temperature Energy Recovery System) uses the discharged water to pre-heat the incoming water. The result is a 8% saving on total machine consumption.

Victoria Arduino App
Eagle one is a machine that is born to be "smart"; with a backbone of technology that will allow for future product enhancements, including integration into the My Victoria Arduino App to be released in the future.
Exclusive and user-friendly, the Eagle One app will soon allow a Bluetooth connection for the user to create and share information and recipes about coffee recipes and drink profiles with a global network of coffee professionals. The app will also be able to track and control various functions of the espresso machine without interrupting the barista workflow.

Auto-Rinse: Auto purge or auto rinse is a convenient feature that rinses your machine's group after brewing. When your remove your portafilter to discard your coffee grounds, your espresso will automatically rinse your group.
Easy Cream Steam Wand Allows you to program for both foam texture as well as desired heating temperature. This all-in-one steam wand is a great choice for those wishing to simplify the drink preparation process freeing hands for other activities. Two temperature and two frothing settings per wand.
Pure Brew: The "Pure Brew" feature introduces precise control over water pressure by regulating the flow of water. This is achieved with a low voltage solenoid valve, which can be programmed to open and close rapidly, essentially pulsing the flow of water. By adjusting the frequency of these pulses, operators can influence the pressure at the brew head throughout all stages of brewing. This technology grants operators unparalleled control over the brewing process. Additionally, with a modified algorithm, the low voltage solenoid valve enables the espresso machine to produce single servings of coffee and tea.

Victoria Arduino espresso machines come standard with a 2 year manufacturer warranty (Part and Material). Extended warranties on labor, travel, preventative maintenance and part service will vary. Contact us for warranty options and pricing.
Water Info
The installation of a water softener is mandatory for all users that do not meet the required water specifications, failure to do so will void your warranty. It is recommend to always add a water filter to your order if you do not have one already. Replacement time of filters depends on your water and quantity of drinks being made.

Our Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino espresso machines come with a complimentary preventative maintenance service, designed to ensure peak performance. This thorough maintenance is carried out before warranties expire, presenting an ideal chance to restore your equipment to its optimal working condition. Additionally, this service allows us to inspect the internal components for any potential defects or issues that may have been overlooked.
