Description
The ESN has several openings for our Techncial Advisory Committee. Members are responsible for assisting in defining standard fair practices for the espresso service industry.  Most ESN Technical Advisory members have extensive field experience and may be active or retired. Members meet bi-annually and all meetings are conducted via an on-line platform. 

Applicant Requirements:

• Desire and commitment to improve commercial espresso service
• Desire and commitment to support commercial espresso service companies and technicians
• Comprehensive experience operating a commercial espresso service company
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years in-field technical experience working with multiple manufacturers
• Two (2) espresso industry references

Additional Information
From time to time, Technical Advisory members are assigned to provide nonjudiciary arbitration in disputes concerning technical performance by an espresso service technician. These selected members form a mediation panel and are responsible for analyzing technical documentation and other evidence to form a judgement related to technical performance.  At this time, there is no remuneration for this position. Expected annual time commitment maximum (8) hours. Requesting a one (1) year committment. All interested parties should contact Ruth Easley at (509) 558-8081
