Options range from family members and technicians from unrelated fields like heating and air, to handy individuals or "Just starting out" service companies offering lower rates. Regardless of the chosen service vehicle, having an available parts inventory is crucial for effective equipment maintenance and repair. 

 

The purpose of a basic service agreement is to ensure that the equipment owner commits to using a specific service provider for repair and maintenance. This allows the technician to prepare adequately by pre-purchasing the necessary OEM or preferred aftermarket parts, tailored to meet the customer’s specific needs.
